    It was a crazy day yesterday for TxDot's Lubbock district. It began at midnight when crews waited for the snow they knew was coming and then hit the streets to try and clear them for morning drivers. Crews
    TxDot was able to reopen I-27 early Tuesday morning after shutting it down late Monday but they are still advising drivers heading north to be careful, especially after the sun sets.
