After meeting in executive session for over three hours, the Lubbock City council decided 6-1 to dismiss the complaints made against Victor Hernandez made by Executive Director of Finance, Pam Moon.
Thursday, the council only stayed in open session for about 15 minutes until they retired to executive session. During that time, the council discussed how to address the issues with Hernandez and whether or not to hire outside legal counsel.
