    Members of the Heart of Lubbock Neighborhood Association met this evening to discuss crime in the area. The association says it meets every month but this month, it specifically wanted to focus on crime.

    According to LPD, car and house burglaries are the main threat to the neighborhood and according to one police officer, one of the best deterrents to crime is to form a neighborhood watch.
