Homeowner shoots at attempted ATV thieves

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Police are on the look out for two men who tried stealing an ATV from a residence on the 100 block of Avenue S early this morning.

The owner of Lubbock Power Sports caught the intruders on his property and fired at them.

Sgt. Jonathan Stewart of the Lubbock Police Department said the store owner is not facing any charges.
