City to hold vaccination clinics - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

From City of Lubbock:

The City of Lubbock Health Department will hold vaccination clinics for both adults and children at the following locations during the week of January 7, 2013:

1/7/2013         

St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 3708 45th          

Noon -3:00 p.m.

1/8/2013         

City Health Department, 806 18th             

2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

1/9/2013         

Maggie Trejo Super Center, 3200 Amherst   

10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

1/11/2013       

City Health Department, 806 18th             

8:30 a.m. - Noon

Vaccines will be available for ages 2 months through adulthood.

Adult vaccine prices vary.  The cost for children's vaccines (age 2 months -18years) are $10.00 for one dose of vaccine or $15.00 for 2 or more.

All children must meet Texas Department of State Health Services' guidelines to receive state supplied vaccines.
