Local company provides free in-house medical care to employees

A Lubbock company is on the forefront of the national movement to improve overall employee health and manage health care costs.

Vertical Turbine Specialists (VTS), a manufacturer of component parts for the vertical turbine pump industry, is unveiling a new on-site medical clinic, Veritas Medical Clinic, that will provide free medical care to the company's 105 employees and their spouses.

This addition will join other health initiatives already in place by VTS including exercise breaks, daily meals and snacks, dietitian consultations and more.

Please join us for a press conference to celebrate the opening of Veritas Medical Clinic on Tuesday, Jan. 15 at 9:30 a.m. at Vertical Turbine Specialists, 1802 E. 50th St., Ste. 106.
