Lubbock police called to head-on collision at Quaker, South Loop

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Around 6 p.m. Saturday evening, Lubbock fire and police units were dispatched to a head-on collision off of Quaker and the South Loop.

Police say a Buick was heading north on Quaker when the driver drove over the center divide and collided with a Prius going south.

Three people were involved in the accident: a man driving the Buick and a woman driving her child in the Prius.

The accident is still under investigation.
