Collisions Increase In Lubbock

Lubbock streets have seen more collisions this year compared to last.

Numbers released Tuesday show a 10% increase in the total number of collisions through June of this year, compared to last year. The number of injuries is up 11.7%.

There is some good news however, as there have been 60% less fatalities this year than last.
