Lubbock Parks & Recreation hosts Fitness Open House Saturday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Lubbock Parks and Recreation wants to help you achieve your New Year's resolutions.

From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday the community and senior centers will host open houses to introduce the public to their lifestyle fitness areas and classes.

There will be door prizes, demonstrations and refreshments, and admission is free.

The fitness open house will be at Hodges Community Center located at 4011 University.
