Victim walks into IHOP with stab wound

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

At approximately 9:30 p.m. Saturday, police received a call that someone had walked into the IHOP at the corner of 19th and University with a stab wound on his face.

Police are not sure where the injury occurred, but they say the man looked like he was intoxicated.
