Career day for Chynna Brown lifts Lady Raiders over TCU 53-42

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

The Texas Tech Lady Raiders led the way as Chynna Brown helped Texas Tech defeat TCU 53-42 on Sunday afternoon.

Brown scored a career high 23 points against TCU on Sunday. She knocked down five 3-pointers and scored her first career double-double with 23 points and 12 rebounds.

It was also Brown's fifth straight game in double figures.

The Lady Raiders move to 6-2 in the Big 12, moving into second place.

The Lady Raiders will host #1 Baylor on Wednesday night. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
