Former TTU Grad Named U.S. Attorney for North Texas

A graduate from the Texas Tech School of Law could be the next U.S. Attorney for North Texas. President Bush nominated Richard Roper to the position that covers 100 Texas counties including Lubbock.

The U.S. Senate must confirm Roper in order for him to take the position.
