The last count in Mike Leach's lawsuit against Texas Tech has been dismissed.
Today district judge William Sowder ruled that Tech did not violate Leach's due process rights by firing him in December 2009.
Mike Leach was let go after he was accused of isolating Texas Tech wide receiver, Adam James in a storage closet for refusing to practice due to a concussion.
Texas Tech released a statement today saying:
We are very pleased with Judge Sowder's decision to dismiss the sole remaining claim in Coach Leach's lawsuit against Texas Tech. The judge accurately followed the law.
Leach's lawyer, Ted Liggett says the two are discussing different options in response to the judges decision.
