A new book teaches how to keep a younger looking face

Posted: Updated:

Why go to a plastic surgeon when you can stay at home and just train your face to have a more youthful look?  It sounds bizarre, but that's the theory behind a new book called the "Yoga Face." It's already trendy in Hollywood.

Author Annelise Hagen said, "The exercises themselves help to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, so you're definitely going to get more tone, firmness, and resilience." "You constrict, tighten every single muscle, not just your face, but your hands your buttocks your knees and then you let it go.. Ahhh... And you feel great. It's like you had a mini face lift."

Annelise Hagen is the creator of "The Yoga Face", which goes along with the breathing techniques that typically come with a yoga workout.  In this case, she claims you can inhale, exhale, and de-wrinkle. The yoga face is available at any local bookstore.
