Alleged Bank Robber Indicted - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

He's accused of robbing banks throughout West Texas. Soon, Oscar Ibarra will stand trial in Lubbock. On Tuesday a Lubbock grand jury indicted the 33-year-old on two counts of robbery. He allegedly robbed both the City Bank and the American State Bank at 50th and Indiana.

Last month, Ibarra was arraigned in federal court.
