From City of Lubbock:
Council member Victor Hernandez, District 1 representative, along with the Jackson Neighborhood Association will conduct a neighborhood meeting on Saturday, February 16th from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at Jackson Elementary School, located at 201 Vernon Avenue, in the library.
The purpose of the meeting is to gather neighborhood input regarding the City's proposed land use plan, including but not limited to, the future closure of streets that provide access to the Marsha Sharp Freeway.
Although the meeting will focus on the Jackson neighborhood, Lubbock residents from any district are encouraged to attend the meeting and provide their input.
