Darton avenges loss to Georgia Perimeter, Albany Tech splits with Middle GA

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Although it was early in the season, the Darton Lady Cavs didn't forget what they owed Georgia Perimeter.  Darton beat Perimeter 68-39 avenging a loss to the Lady Jaguars who is just one of three teams to beat the Lady Cavs this season.

Chanteniece Fann had 16 points and 6 rebounds while Michelle Mitchell led all scorers with 22 points.  Darton improves to 23-3 overall and 15-2 in the GCAA.  Darton will host Albany Tech on Wednesday.

The Albany Tech men weren't as fortunate losing to Middle Georgia 51-45.  The Lady Titans were led by Lashay Lettingham in a 81-69 win over Middle Georgia.  Lettingham had 22 points and 11 rebounds.
