2 hospitalized after Sunday evening rollover

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A rollover on CR 2000 & FM 1294 sent two people to the hospital on Sunday afternoon.

The accident happened around 5:30 p.m.

DPS troopers say the driver of a white Chevy truck, 18-year-old Aaron Cisneros, lost control due to speed. When the driver tried to regain control, the truck flipped.

The passengers, 19-year-old Martin Villa and 17-year-old Bethany Mindieta were both transported to UMC.

Villa is in serious condition. Mindieta is undergoing treatment but her condition is unknown.

Cisneros was not injured.
