Our country doc in Snyder tonight is Dr. James Burleson. He and his friendly staff have been here for 23 years. Even though Dr. Burleson started out in family practice, taking care of emergencies has become a regular part of his job.

He says in a small town, everybody knows you're a doctor. But he never thought that could mean getting pulled out of a swimming pool to deliver a baby in his swim suit.
