The City of Lubbock Health Department will hold vaccination clinics for both adults and children at the following locations during the week of February 18, 2013:
2/18/2013
Groves Library
5520 19th St.
1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
2/20/2013
Godeke Library
6707 Slide Rd.
1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
2/22/2013
Health Department
806 18th St.
8:30 a.m. – Noon
Vaccines will be available for ages 2 months through adulthood.
Adult vaccine prices vary. The cost for children's vaccines (age 2 months -18 years) are $10 for one dose of vaccine or $15 for 2 or more.
All children must meet Texas Department of State Health Services' guidelines to receive state supplied vaccines.
