Source: Lubbock Co. SheriffA Lubbock man is now charged in three robberies across the city.
A Lubbock County grand jury indicted Alexander Prendez Tuesday on four counts of aggravated robbery and one count of aggravated assault.
The 23-year-old was arrested July 9th after running from the scene of a robbery at Merle Norman Cosmetics near 69th and Slide. Prendez was indicted for that robbery, as well as thefts at a Sonic and Casa Formal. The aggravated assault charge came after Prendez allegedly pointed a gun at a witness upon fleeing Merle Norman.
