SH 86 between Dimmitt and Tulia reopened

From TxDOT:

 The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has reopened SH 86 to traffic in Castro and Swisher counties, between the cities of Dimmitt and Tulia.

Motorists are advised to travel with caution. Some snowy/icy areas are still present on the roadway.  Travel with care.
