Former Tech student faces grand jury for murder Tuesday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

23-year-old Austin Hasten faced a Lubbock grand jury Tuesday for the murder of his neighbor on January 7th.

Hasten was indicted for stabbing 51-year-old Michele Terry and attempting to burn down her apartment at the Autumn Ridge Apartment Complex on 82nd and Ave. U.
