Police chase ends in 4-vehicle accident at 82nd & Indiana

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Emergency crews responded to a chase that ended in a multi-vehicle crash on 82nd and Indiana Wednesday evening.

Police say it started when an officer tried to pull over a car at 82nd and University Avenue for reckless driving. The car sped off toward Indiana Avenue, crashing into multiple vehicles.

Three people were taken to UMC. Two reportedly had minor injuries while one suffered from moderate injuries. There is no word yet if anyone else was injured in the crash.
