LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
The Texas Recreation and Park Society (TRAPS)
is holding the organization's annual EXPO in Lubbock, March 4-8, 2013, at the
Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. The event offers participants a chance to see
what Lubbock has to offer, featuring tours of the local wineries and museums,
parks and sports facilities and socials at local eateries such as Cagle
Steaks.
"We take pride in our music heritage, as
Lubbock is the home of music legends such as Buddy Holly, Mac Davis, Richie
McDonald, Joe Ely and David Gaschen," Truesdell said.
"Throughout the Institute, participants will experience many genres of world-class
music while enjoying fantastic food and warm West Texas hospitality."
The event attracts hundreds of participants
