The Texas Recreation and Park Society (TRAPS) is holding the organization's annual EXPO in Lubbock, March 4-8, 2013, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. The event offers participants a chance to see what Lubbock has to offer, featuring tours of the local wineries and museums, parks and sports facilities and socials at local eateries such as Cagle Steaks.
"We take pride in our music heritage, as Lubbock is the home of music legends such as Buddy Holly, Mac Davis, Richie McDonald, Joe Ely and David Gaschen," Truesdell said. "Throughout the Institute, participants will experience many genres of world-class music while enjoying fantastic food and warm West Texas hospitality."
The event attracts hundreds of participants from the southwest region of the country. For more information, visit http://www.traps.org.
