The man who hopes to win the title 'Texas Railroad Commissioner' made a campaign stop in Lubbock on Monday.
Bob Scarborough met with Lubbock Democrats and let them know why he wants to be railroad commissioner. Scarborough says he wants to push for more regulation in the oil and gas industry. "I think the citizens and the public need a voice in that regulation process," he said.
Scarborough faces Republican incumbent Victor Carrillo in the November election.
