Civic Lubbock offers cultural arts grants

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Civic Lubbock, Inc. is offering grants for local art, cultural and entertainment programs. The grant will sponsor events held in the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, City Bank Auditorium-Coliseum or Wells Fargo Amphitheatre between October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014.

Grant money is funded from concessions revenues at the Civic Center, City Bank Auditorium, Wells Fargo Ampitheater and Select-a-Seat Lubbock and is available for events open to the public and presented by local non-profit 501(c)3 organizations.

For application forms, please contact the Civic Center Administrative Office (775-2242) during regular business hours. The deadline for submitting completed applications is no later than 5:00 pm Monday, April 1, 2013.
