1 injured in Friday afternoon motorcycle accident

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

One person was still in the hospital Friday night following a motorcycle accident that happened in West Lubbock around 5 p.m. at the corner of 52nd Street and Quaker Avenue.

Police say a motorcycle and a car collided at the intersection.

The driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.
