February robbery suspect still at large

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

On February 25th at approximately 7:06 p.m., an unidentified suspect robbed the Wienerschnitzel at 301 University. The suspect is described as:

  • Black male
  • 6'0" -6'02"
  • 180-210 lbs
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes
  • Mustache
  • 30-35 yrs of age
  • Wearing a blue hoody and black jacket

The suspect is still at large and is considered armed and dangerous as he used a handgun during the robbery.

He was last seen on March 8th around 9 to 10 p.m. at Stripes located at Marsha Sharp Fwy. and Avenue Q.

    Crews are on the scene of a fire at 24th Street and Avenue U.  Scanner traffic indicates this is possibly a vacant, single-story home. We're also hearing emergency crews received several calls from people nearby who are worried the fire could spread to their homes. There is heavy damage to the outside of the building. The Fire Marshal has been called to the scene.  KCBD has a crew on the scene and we will continue to update this story as we receive more information. ...
