Lubbock Police Ask For Public Assistance To Solve Murder Case

Lubbock Police are asking for your help as they continue their investigation into the death of Russell Baldree.

Officers originally thought Baldree died in a traffic accident the morning of August 2nd near 50th and Indiana, but they later found that he had been shot to death. Police are now asking for witnesses to come forward with any information surrounding events the morning of August 2nd in the area between 34th and 50th Streets and University and Indiana Avenues.

If you heard or saw anything like vehicles racing or loud metal to metal noises, police ask that you call Crime Line at (806) 741-1000. There is an $11,000 reward offered in this case.
