Kids grow out of a lot of things, health wise, but not the need for vaccines. The CDC says adults need regular immunizations too.
Allen Cunningham, a pharmacist at covenant, says the CDC wants adults to understand how much vaccines have improved.
Cunningham says the pneumonia vaccine is also misunderstood; many people think one is good for a lifetime, instead, it's recommended that adults get a pneumonia vaccine every 5 years.
