Tickle arrested for Tuesday's multi-vehicle accident

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Travis Kyle Tickle, 22, was booked into the Lubbock County Jail Tuesday on two counts of intoxication assault. Tickle was arrested for causing a multi-vehicle accident on Tuesday, March 12th around 1 a.m.

According to police, Tickle was driving under the influence when he ran a stop sign at the intersection of Ave Q and Glenna Goodacre. Tickle's vehicle collided with a truck and ejected both his passenger, Matthew Rodriguez and the passenger from the other vehicle. He also hit two parked cars.

Rodriguez, 22 is in critical condition at this time.

Tickle may face additional charges for the incident, police say.

According to police records, Tickle was preciously arrested in 2011 for the possession and delivery of marijuana.
