LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
A Lubbock grand jury had enough evidence to send a Lubbock man to trial that they say threatened to bomb police.
On March 8th, police say David Robinson, 31, called the Lubbock Police Department saying a bomb was inside the building. He is charged with making a terroristic threat to a public servant or the government.
He is still behind bars tonight and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
