Abernathy Breaks Ground on First City Park - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

For the first time in its 95 year history, the city of Abernathy is getting a park.

Friday, the town broke ground on Abernathy Community Park. When construction is complete, the park will have a basketball court, baseball field, jogging track, fish pond and pavilion.
