Three taken into custody after S. Overton car chase

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Police have taken 3 people into custody following a car chase in the South Overton neighborhood, Wednesday.

The chase began around 5:15 p.m. and officials were able to capture the suspects soon after they crashed into a gas meter in the 2000 block of 16th St.

According to police, the suspects were driving a stolen car.
