Police: Pedestrian hit by vehicle at 19th & Avenue P

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Police say a woman is in serious condition after being hit by a vehicle Friday night.

They say the woman was walking at the intersection of 19th & Avenue P around 9:30 p.m. when she was hit by a white 4-door car.

Police stopped a vehicle matching that description at 40th & Q and took the driver into custody.
