How well are you prepared for natural or financial disasters?
The local Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints held their annual preparedness fair on Saturday to help you do just that.
Over 40 organizations including the Salvation Army and the Red Cross offered up advice regarding food and water storage and electricity outages - among other things.
They suggest families have a plan for emergencies that may last up to six months.
Mike Mccauley, Public Affairs representative for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints said, "Particularly in light of looking around our country at this time, you see these different events that have happened where people have been without. We feel this is something where people can get information and resources."
They say having an emergency financial plan is also important, particularly in key situations such as job layoffs.
