Lubbock and the surrounding area are digging out from under a dust storm Sunday morning.
It rolled in around 6 p.m. Saturday. Fifty to 60 mile per hour winds downed power lines and knocked down trees all over the area.
Visibility was reduced to zero in some spots, causing multiple car accidents, including one on Quaker and 17th.
A Lubbock RV park was completely with out power and water for a couple hours.
