Burger Joint Robbery Leaves Police Searching

Lubbock police are looking for a robbery suspect after a burger joint was hit this weekend. It happened at royal burger, off the Idalou Highway around 10:30 Saturday night. According to police a black male came in with a rifle, threatened the employees and demanded money.

No one was hurt in the robbery and the suspect got away with an undetermined amount of cash. He is described as a black male in his early 20's about six foot one and 160 pounds.
