Shallowater Man Pleads Guilty To Child Pornography Charges

A Shallowater man pleaded guilty to child pornography charges Tuesday in a Lubbock Federal Courtroom.

42-year-old James Michael Austin admitted to downloading an image of child pornography on the Internet. Austin also admitted to e-mailing images of child pornography at least 50 times.

Austin faces 5 to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
