"University Retail Center" Moving into Midnight Rodeo's Space

Another popular concert venue, the Midnight Rodeo, is gone for good in South Lubbock. Demolition to the former night club began this week. The rubble will soon give way to "University Retail Center," the name of the shopping center that will go up at the corner of South University and the access road of Loop 289.

Leasing for store and office space has already begun.
