Lubbock man charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A Lubbock man accused of forcing a child under the age of 14 to perform sexual acts on him is behind bars Tuesday.

20-year-old Brian Davis is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.

The arrest warrant lists graphic details and shows the incident occurred when Davis was left alone with the young girl while her parents went to the store.

The alleged crime occurred in August of 2012 at a home on the corner of 91st street and Quincy Avenue.

Davis was arrested last Thursday. His bond is set at $200,000 dollars.
