FRANKLIN, TN (WSMV) -

Police said a massive fire at a Franklin home Wednesday evening was intentionally set during a domestic dispute.

The fire occurred at about 7:43 p.m., said police.

The suspect, Luther Cleveland Still Jr., 40, who lives at the home on Eastover Court in the Rogersshire subdivision, intentionally set the fire, said police.

Two juveniles and a 19-year old were in the home with Still at the time but were able to escape before the arrival of emergency crews.

Still had barricaded himself inside of the burning residence, and police believed he might be armed.

Officers had to forcibly remove him from the home.  After police arrested him, they learned that Still did not have any weapons.

Franklin firefighters moved quickly to battle the blaze the moment that Still was taken into custody.

Still is charged with aggravated arson and being held on $300,000 bond.

The home sustained significant damage in the fire.
