Main Event hosts night of fun to benefit Red Cross

Provided by Lubbock Red Cross

Bring your friends and family for a night of fun at Main Event Entertainment to benefit the Red Cross on Thursday, May 2 as we kick off the 2013 Heroes campaign. Red Cross Heroes spread the word about the services the American Red Cross provides and raise money that supports local needs for disaster relief, health and safety education and more.

Admission for the evening includes one hour of bowling with shoes, unlimited billiards, laser tag and glow golf and a $10 game card. Your donation to the Red Cross makes you a super hero – so why not dress like one! Tasteful costumes are encouraged for this night of super-sized fun for the Red Cross.

"Heroes for the American Red Cross" is a grassroots campaign where local business people, school groups, church groups, civic clubs, and individuals pledge to raise $1000 for their local Red Cross chapter. This year, the American Red Cross South Plains Regional Chapter hopes to raise $25,000 during this campaign to support Red Cross services including disaster relief, assistance for fire victims, emergency military communications, first aid and CPR training and disaster preparedness information for our community.

Online registration is available at www.redcross.org/lubbock.
