The Citizens Traffic Commission is concerned about an increase in the number of collisions in South Lubbock since the installation of dual turn lanes along 82nd street. On Tuesday, committee members discussed the possibility of reprogramming the lights to permit motorists to turn left, only when there is a green arrow protecting their turn.
