My favorite recipe is a Tex-Mex Casserole. It’s a dump and serve recipe.
Here’s what you need. (Use in this order from 1 to 6…with the Doritos crumbled on the bottom of the pan)

1) Doritos (they can be old since you crunch them up anyway)
2) Hamburger meat, cooked and drained
3) Ranch Beans in a can
4) Chopped green chilis in a can
5) Cream of Mushroom soup (you may need more than 1 can to cover the top depending on the size of your pan)
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
6) Add grated cheese (enough to cover the top)
Bake again until melted.

This can be a meal or a great dip with chips at a party.  My family loves it because it’s fool proof!
You can use as much or as little of the ingredients as you like. It always turns out good.

Hope you enjoy it!
