A federal judge has refused a government request to suspend the ruling lifting the age restrictions, allowing teens as young as 15 to buy the morning-after birth control.
Last month, the judge ruled all women should have access to Plan B. The justice department later filed an appeal, and asked the judge to delay the effect of his ruling.
On Friday, May 10 he refused, but gave the government until Monday to consider its options.
