TTU Hires New Police Chief

Texas Tech will start the new school year with a new police chief. Ronald C. Seacrist has been named Chief of Police for Texas Tech.

Seacrist comes to Lubbock from the University of West Florida, where he is currently Police Chief. Seacrist replaces Jay Parchman who will become Texas Tech's Executive Director for Public Safety and Emergency Management.

Seacrist is set to begin his job here on October 4th.
