From Lubbock Police Department:

On Friday May 17 at 11 p.m., Lubbock police officers responded to a burglary in progress at 7302 4th Street at the "Fast Stop" convenience store.

Officers noticed a red older model pickup leaving the area which matched the description of the suspect vehicle. Officers pursued the suspect vehicle which was attempting to hide in a parking lot located at 5800 4th Street. When officers opened the doors to remove the two occupants, evidence of the burglary began falling out of the truck.

Officers arrested both occupants at that time. The men arrested were Christopher Escobar, 26, and Kenneth Devroe, 45.
