Armtech develops software for crop insurance companies. It will receive $70,000 over the next three years.

Shaved ice-maker Bahama Bucks will get $58,000 over the same period.

The expansion of these two companies is expected to create 42 jobs with a $1.2 million annual payroll here in Lubbock.
